• エプロン | Apron
• 剪定ばさみ | Pruning shears
• ゴム手袋(薄手)| Thin rubber gloves
• 盆栽を持ち帰る袋(作品の高さは約20cm以下) | Bag for transporting your bonsai – height approximately 20cm
• 筆記用具 | Writing utensils (Pencil & paper)

Join us for a unique bonsai experience led by Sachico Suzuki, a seasoned artist in Sapporo known for her eye for design and mastery across multiple artistic disciplines, including photography, painting, sculpture, and now bonsai. 

With over 20 years of experience in the arts, Sachico brings a distinctive, creative flair to her new venture in bonsai, a skill she’s honed with a formal bonsai license and deep personal passion. In this exclusive debut class, Sachico will guide participants through the art of transforming ordinary indoor plants into stunning bonsai creations. With her guidance, you’ll learn essential bonsai techniques, including pruning, wiring, and potting, to shape and maintain these miniature trees. Sachico’s artistic expertise promises a fresh perspective, emphasizing design principles that can bring out the character of each plant while making it uniquely your own. 

This workshop offers more than just hands-on bonsai skills, it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in a time-honored Japanese art form and carry forward a piece of living art that reflects your personal style. Whether you’re a beginner or have prior bonsai experience, Sachico’s class will inspire you to see plants in a new way and help cultivate your appreciation for this calming, rewarding craft.

札幌で長年にわたり活躍し、写真、絵画、彫刻、そして現在は盆栽と、さまざまな分野でデザインの才能を発揮してきた鈴木幸子が、独自の視点と豊かな経験を活かして新たに盆栽のクラスを開催します。20年以上のアートの経験を持つ鈴木は、正式な盆栽ライセンスを取得し、この伝統的な日本の芸術に新しい命を吹き込みます。

この特別なクラスでは、鈴木が室内植物を美しい盆栽作品に変える方法を指導します。剪定、針金掛け、鉢植えなどの基本的な技術を学び、各植物の個性を引き出し、あなただけの作品に仕上げるコツをお伝えします。デザインの専門家としての鈴木ならではの視点が、新しい角度からの盆栽の楽しみ方を提供してくれるでしょう。
